A esto se suman los datos de Medicina Legal que muestran que en 2023 hubo 230 suicidios de niños, niñas y adolescentes, mientras esta cifra llegó a 140 en el primer trimestre del 2024.

10. Ayude a los demás: Si puede, ofrézcase a ayudar a otros miembros de la comunidad que lo necesiten. Esto ayudara a sentirte útil.
